PKR365 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PKR365 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual who registers for or uses a PKR365 account ("you", "the player", "the user"). By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you accept them in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the PKR365 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL betting, live casino, jackpot slots, virtual sports, fishing games and the refer-a-friend programme. They apply equally to real-money play and to the use of any bonus or promotional credits.

PKR365 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, you will be notified via your registered email address or via a notice displayed when you next log in to your account. Continued use of the PKR365 platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on PKR365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR365 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, hold an account or place any bet or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing PKR365 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming of this nature is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended PKR365 account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any payment method details requested.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party when using the PKR365 platform.

PKR365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any associated funds pending review.

By registering on PKR365 you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and accurate, and you agree to update it promptly if any of your details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your PKR365 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) method linked to your account. PKR365 strongly recommends that you enable 2FA on your account as an additional layer of security.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while access is possible using your credentials — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact PKR365 support immediately at support@pkr365.ws. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate steps to secure your account. PKR365 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4Deposits & Payments

PKR365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your PKR365 wallet instantly in nearly all cases. IBFT and card transactions may take up to one business day in the event of a banking processing delay.
• All funds deposited must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PKR365 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside PKR365's control.
• Deposits made by error or in amounts exceeding your intended deposit can be reversed before they are wagered. Once funds have been used to place a bet, the deposit cannot be reversed.

PKR365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any large deposit or withdrawal, in accordance with standard financial compliance procedures. This is a security measure intended to protect both the platform and its users and is not a reflection of any individual player's conduct.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your PKR365 wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and applies to all accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• PKR365 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. We reserve the right to introduce reasonable processing fees for high-frequency withdrawal requests — any such change will be communicated in advance.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting rollover requirements will result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time.
• For exceptionally large withdrawals, PKR365 may request identity verification documents before processing. This is a compliance requirement and is handled by our dedicated review team within 48 hours in all standard cases.

PKR365 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact support at support@pkr365.ws with your account details and the withdrawal reference number.

6Bonuses & Promotions

PKR365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general bonus conditions apply to all PKR365 promotional offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address and device. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated bet cycling and systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple for each offer is displayed in its terms and in your account's active bonuses section.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant offer, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• PKR365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered will be honoured subject to their existing terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used for the game categories specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds in an ineligible game category will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• If a player attempts to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed and the real-money balance will be paid out normally.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on PKR365, including PSL betting, cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis and all other markets available on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once PKR365 has issued a bet ID and the stake has been deducted from your wallet. A bet that fails to generate a confirmation reference has not been placed.
• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection.
• Odds: All odds displayed on PKR365 are offered in decimal format. The potential return displayed on the bet slip includes your stake.
• Palpable errors: PKR365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest pricing error — for example, odds posted significantly below or above the true market value due to a technical error. Affected stakes will be returned in full.
• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result has been completed, and no official result is declared, all affected single-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator legs that include a void selection will have the affected leg removed and the accumulator will be recalculated on the remaining selections.
• DLS outcomes: Matches decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are settled on the official match result as declared by the match officials. PKR365 does not adjust or override DLS-determined results.
• Live betting: In-play markets are updated continuously during matches. PKR365 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time due to delays in receiving reliable data. Bets accepted during a data delay are generally honoured unless they involve a clear market knowledge advantage.
• Settlement: Bets are settled as quickly as possible after the event result is confirmed from the official source. Settlement typically completes within 15 minutes of the event conclusion.

8Casino & Slots Rules

The following conditions apply to all casino and slot game activity on PKR365, including live casino, jackpot slots, virtual sports and fishing games:

• All casino and slot games on PKR365 use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are provably random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages across a very large number of spins and are not guarantees of individual session returns.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, PKR365's system will complete the round using the last confirmed game state. If the disconnection was caused by a platform-side technical fault, affected stakes will be reviewed and credited where appropriate.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payout. PKR365 reserves up to 72 hours to complete verification for jackpot prizes exceeding Rs 5,000,000. Prizes below this threshold are credited instantly.
• Suspected software exploits, game glitches or irregular pattern play that PKR365 determines to constitute abuse of the gaming system will result in voiding of associated winnings and potential account suspension.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR365 platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account details.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity or payment information.
• Colluding with other players to exploit casino games, bonus offers or betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games at a speed or volume not achievable by a human player acting alone.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Laundering money or using PKR365 as a vehicle for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate personal gaming activity.
• Attempting to circumvent the PKR365 platform's security, exploit technical vulnerabilities or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any PKR365 staff member or other user.

10Responsible Gaming

PKR365 is committed to maintaining a responsible gaming environment. We believe that betting and gaming should always remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial pressure or personal harm. The following tools are available to every PKR365 account holder at no cost and take effect immediately upon request:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit to your PKR365 wallet.
• Bet limits: Restrict the maximum stake allowed on any single bet or game round.
• Session reminders: Configure timed reminders that notify you of how long you have been logged in to your PKR365 session.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the PKR365 platform. Temporary exclusion is available in periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality checks: A periodic notification during active gaming sessions showing your net win/loss for the current session.

11Privacy & Data

PKR365 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on PKR365 you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as set out in that Policy.

Your personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations and improving the PKR365 platform experience. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

PKR365 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections. Payment details are processed through certified third-party payment gateways and are not stored on PKR365 servers in raw form. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR365 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, data loss or emotional distress.

PKR365's total liability to any individual user in respect of any single incident or connected series of incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability claim.

PKR365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and connectivity issues beyond PKR365's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. PKR365 will endeavour to communicate any planned downtime in advance and to restore service as quickly as possible following unplanned interruptions.

13Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your PKR365 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

PKR365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if, in its reasonable determination:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• Continued operation of the account would expose PKR365 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, PKR365 will notify you of the reason for suspension by email and will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. Where suspension is confirmed as warranted, associated funds may be withheld in accordance with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirements.

14Changes to These Terms

PKR365 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via your registered email address and will display a prominent notice on the platform when you next log in. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Minor changes — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights or obligations — may be made without specific notification. We recommend checking this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version of the Terms.

Your continued use of the PKR365 platform after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.

If you have a formal complaint about a bet settlement, bonus dispute or account action taken by PKR365, please submit it in writing to support@pkr365.ws with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your PKR365 account ID]". Include full details of the issue, the relevant dates, bet or transaction reference numbers and any supporting evidence. Our disputes team will review your submission and provide a written response.

PKR365 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, promptly and transparently. We treat every formal complaint with the same level of seriousness regardless of the amount involved, because we understand that the principle of fair treatment matters as much as the monetary value of any individual dispute.
